Steps: Cut off the circuit breakers of the mains power supply (including the circuit breakers of the control cabinet in the distribution room, and the mains power supply breaker of the dual-power switching box), pull the double-cast anti-backing switch to the side of the self-provided power supply, and keep the self-provided power supply circuit breaker in the dual-power switching box in the disconnected state.

Start the standby power supply (diesel generator set), and when the unit is running normally, close the generator air switch and each circuit breaker in the self-provided power control cabinet in sequence.

Close each standby power circuit breaker in the power switching box one by one to send power to each load.

During the operation of the standby power supply, the operation duty personnel shall not leave the generator set, and adjust the voltage and plant frequency in time according to the change of load, and deal with the abnormality in time.

Second, when the mains power supply is restored, the power conversion should be done in time, the backup power supply should be cut off, and the mains power supply should be restored.

Steps: Disconnect the circuit breakers of the self-provided power supply one by one in order, the order is: the self-provided power circuit breaker of the dual power switching box→ the circuit breaker of the self-provided power distribution cabinet→ the main switch of the generator→ and the double switch will be dialed to the side of the mains power supply.

Shut down according to the diesel engine shutdown steps.

In order, close each circuit breaker one by one from the main switch of the mains power supply to each branch switch, and place the circuit breaker of the dual power switching box from the mains power supply in the closed position.

Third, check whether the indicators of each instrument and indicator are normal, and start the cooling fan in the transformer.
