FY3000 (GCS) low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise building industries.
Overview
The FY3000 (GCS) low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise building industries. In large power plants and petrochemical systems with a high degree of automation and computer interface requirements, it serves as a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60Hz), rated operating voltage of 380V (400V) power plant, motor control, and reactive power compensation low-voltage complete power distribution device.
Usage Environment Conditions
• Ambient temperature: +40℃~-15℃
• Altitude: 2000m.
• Ambient humidity: Daily average relative humidity 95%, monthly average relative humidity 90%.
• The inclination of the vertical installation surface does not exceed 5%, and the entire group of cabinets is relatively flat.
• No violent vibration and impact, and places where there is insufficient corrosion to damage electrical components.
Main Structural Features
• The main frame adopts BMF profiles or “C” profiles, which are cold-bent from cold-rolled steel plates or aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, with high strength and easy modular installation.
• Drawer types are divided into four size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 2 units, and 3 units, with a circuit rated current of 630A or less.
• Flexible assembly, compact structure, strong versatility, good safety performance, and convenient assembly.
• Increasing the heat capacity of the transfer piece significantly reduces the temperature rise caused by the transfer piece to the plug-in, cable head, and partition plate.
• Reliable between functional units and compartments; the failure of one unit will not affect the normal operation of other units, limiting the failure to the minimum range.
• The horizontal placement of the busbars ensures good dynamic and thermal stability of the device.
• The connection between the device and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, and the cables can enter and exit from the top and bottom. The zero-sequence current transformer is located in the cable compartment for convenient installation and maintenance.
• The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary plug-ins (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements of the number of connection points for computer interfaces and remote control circuits.
