The FYRMB electric energy meter box mainly consists of a box body, circuit breaker, miniature circuit breaker, electricity meter, and concentrator. It is widely used in commercial outlets, villas, residential areas, and civil places with high power consumption and multiple power usage that require independent metering of AC 380V/220V voltage levels. It can provide overload and short-circuit protection for the lines.
Main Structural Features
• The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate bending and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface;
• The box is divided into three parts: the incoming line switch room, the electricity meter room, and the outgoing line switch room. Each unit is separated by a partition and is relatively independent. A protective partition is installed in the incoming line switch room to isolate the switch from the live body;
• A polycarbonate or transparent organic glass plate and a long card slot are installed on the door of the electricity meter room for easy reading of various data and insertion/removal of cards by the user;
• A lead seal or password lock can be added to the electricity meter room according to user needs;
• Component installation method: The switch is installed on a galvanized C-shaped bracket, and the component mounting plate is a galvanized plate;
• External incoming and outgoing line method: Top-in bottom-out, or bottom-in top-out, or incoming lines in the same direction;
• Protective grounding measures: There is a dedicated PE row in the box, and a mark is affixed;
• 12 meter positions (single-phase electricity meter) external dimensions (height × width × depth) m: 1800 × 800 × 200, or customized according to user needs.
